WingWays B.V. is a Vianen-based organization that supports multiple teams, clients, foundations, and partner associations, including high-profile network associations such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, KIA, and Hyundai. The organization relies on structured administrative workflows, clear stakeholder alignment, and effective front- and back-office operations to facilitate seamless cooperation across its network.

At WingWays, I acted as interim HR and operational support to bring structure, clarity, and continuity to the organization’s core workflows. Operating at the intersection of leadership support and daily operations, I worked closely with management to guide the business support unit, implement streamlined HR processes, and ensure seamless front- and back-office coordination. My role was key in empowering leadership with dependable day-to-day support while keeping project progress on track for major brand associations like Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, KIA, and Hyundai.

• Leadership & unit guidance: Supported leadership with executive day-to-day coordination, helping steer the business support unit and align operational priorities.
• Stakeholder management: Served as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners (including brand associations like Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, KIA, and Hyundai), ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up.
• Project monitoring & tracking: Oversaw project milestones, flagged bottlenecks and deadlines, and maintained accurate progress overviews.
• Administrative control & accuracy: Managed project and membership records to maintain precise, up-to-date documentation across systems.
• Meeting organization & agenda management: Coordinated meeting logistics, prepared agendas, recorded minutes, and independently aligned complex calendars across multiple stakeholders.
